Default Got my shee!!!

I'll try to get some pics up soon. The frame has been painted sparkely blue. The paint job is kinda crummy so I'm going to take a pressure washer to it one of these days. I don't really care to much about that though. I'm just glad it is finally mine. It has brand new shredders on the back and they flat out hook up. I was supprised how well they put horsepower to the ground. I rode my step dad's stock shee that has blackwaters and they don't hook up on hard terrain nearly as well, but when the ground gets soft enough for the lugs to dig in it's another story. It doesn't sound that much better than the stock shee though. I guess that is just the way fmf's sound. It is pretty d@mn fast though which is all that I care about. The kickstarter wanders out but there are kits out there that can correct that problem. I'm very happy. I'm gonna ride all day tommorrow. I will probably have more to post then.

The clutch is slipping a bit but the motor runs strong. I am going to order a clutch kit for rockymountainatv.com. Right now I trade wins drag racing my step dad's stock shee. I really need that clutch kit. A piped banshee shouldn't lose to a stock shee.

sounds like it isn't ajusted right/ is there slack at the clutch lever? is the arrow on the clutch release lever lined up with the arrow on the crankcase? neway out new plates and springs on it and ajust it right and it will stop the slippage. have fun on you 'shee man.

This banshee is nearly 17 years old. I figure it can't hurt to replace the stock clutch.
