If someone tells you other pipe systems don't give out MORE HP then HE hasn't tried any other system!!!!!!! Most pipe are built differently and thats how they differ from other and where you power comes out at. SOme give you killer bottom and mid like (HMF) but peter out on top, then there some that are good all around (Yoshi) but then there's the big boys that produce the most HP possible (Sparks,CT) in that order .
I know this because I tried them all!!!!!

If you notice I said that almost all of the top pipe manufactures pipes make about the same hp, which to me means that some make a little more and some make a little less. But to answer the guys question about whic pipe to get, Dirtwheels did do a nice job on a pipe shoot-out for the raptor. Just go to their webpage and look under "tests" and you'll find which pipe makes the most and all of that stuff.

 

I have the full yoshi stainless,K&N filter with 155/160 runs great.

I have a duncan fat boy exhaust. It is the ***** I love it. I also put the edelbrock carb on it. It also has the big gun retifier and cdi.

A lot of guys are discovering the new LTE Dual exhaust for the Raptor. I saw this exhaust perform in it's beta version last summer and has now been in production for nearly 6 months. The dual pipes are stainless steel and the horsepower gains are good when you add a K&N air filter with lid removed; together with the pipe you'll get a 13.5 HP gain in the mid range and 10.5 HP at peak over stock. It's 5 lbs lighter than stock and DB is less than 96 (under USFS/USDA Regulations). It also has a USFS Approved spark arrestor. Its a perfect performance exhaust system for us dune riders. You get jets and everything else you need to mount the pipe - I've seen them as low as $680.
