Best Place to get new Raptor Cases - Blown Tranny ripped the shift fork shaft out causing the damage!
Went to my builder's with my Buddy just a little bit ago. His cases are busted! The gear (second I think) split it two and when it did it bent the shift fork shaft and pushed it out of its resting spot in the cases causing the cases to be cracked at that spot!
He has an '01 Raptor and had already replaced the tranny with the Billet Gears. He is now putting in the '02 gearset. But, with a big dune trip just a couple weeks away and bad cases things are getting tight. Called the dealer and I guess they can get them sent from the factory but, ouch! $547.36!!!
We already have the new '02 gears (ordered them before splitting the cases!)
Anyone have a good source for the cases? We need to get them ordered Friday for Monday / Tuesday delivery!
Thanks for the help!
