need help again

Default need help again

I'M just going to tell you in detail what all i have that has to do with the intake and then you can inspect the problem
yoshi comp with no s.a. - pro flow K&N with outerwear and rim on the lid cut out and with an outerwear
cover on it - jetted 165/170 3rd clip 3.5 turns out - stage 1 hotcam . these are just the things that i
need to put poast because its just not running right i adjusted the floats (because it was cutting out) i took the
float out and bent the tab up quite a bit and now when i wheelie it spits and spudders really bad. did i
bend them the wrong way did i?

someone with the same setup please tell me what i need to do to make mine run better im sick of fartin around with the carb jets i just want the dang think to wheelie like when it was stock it would gl all day long on two wheels not a spit or spudder anytime just help me out i just want the dang think to quit spittin and RUN

If it's worse when you wheelie, you've got the floats too high. This allows the carb bowls to hold more fuel before the float shuts off the incoming fuel by pressing on the needle valve. When you wheelie, the extra gas floods the idle circuit and you get the sputtering and bog. Best way to check the floats is with a clear tube, do a search on Raptor floats and you'll find instructions.

what about the jetting do you think its too much fuel
