i've been told by one dealer that a raptor is faster by a small margin then i asked another Yamaha dealer and they said the Banshee is faster.

Personally i've seen a few MX races and the Banshee is a lot better than the raptor.

 

I just sold my Raptor and now have a banshee. I would never go back.

 

stock for stock a raptor is faster... DUH!!!
4 stroke power... none of that 2 stroke junk!!!!

 

Yeah, raptors are much easier to ride and have more torque.

90% of the time 2-strokes are faster. But only when they're not broken down, I've seen more guys working on Banshees out in the middle of nowhere than I've seen Raptors. If there are any Raptors, they're out of gas.
