I run 12/41 gearing on my quad and it pulls hard in 3rd. You being as light as you are with 22" tires you should be able to pull 4th.

If you want to gain a few bike lengths it'll be worth it and it shouldn't be hard to do as long as you're familiar with cams and cam chains etc. Drag racing didn't seem to be to important to you as much as playing in the dunes so it may not be worth the time to do it. The bike as is is pretty fast anyway. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
