1987 Warrior 350

I agree with not needing a headpipe. Most of the guys I know that have them say they are a waste of $$$. As far as exhausts, there are 100s of them for the Warrior. I like my White Bros E series. The one I have fit Warriors and Wolverines. But don't take my word for it...There are a lot of good pipes out there.

Dont buy a jet kit, just buy a 148 and a 150 main. Try each and see which one is best, might have to go all the way up to 155 depending on temp but I doubt it. For pipe..... hmm..... I had a supertrapp 4 inch racing seris or whatever and it worked nice. I hear HMF is nice, White brothers is nice but overpriced like heck. Cobra sucks and so does pretty much anything straight through unless it has discs. Dont forget ebay though, its gonna look like that after a few rides anyway so might as well save some cash

I went through your same delima when I piped the warrior. I ended up going with a Supertrapp IDS2 with quiet core. With the adjustable discs, you can tune for more top end, or low end grunt.. your choice and you are not stuck with it. While I was completely satisfied with it the only drawback was the noise.. of course, I was always comparing it to stock.
Anyway, I got mine from Rocky Mountain ATV for somewhere in the neighborhood of $185. Like said before, don't waste your money on a new header. I am up to a 435cc on my wolverine and it still breathes fine.
Ride On.

I've had good luck with the WB E-series slip-on. Good quality and decent performance but not especially cheap. E-bay could be a good idea.
With normal maintenance my Warrior has been super reliable - bought it new in 1990 and still ride it. It's my backup bike when my Raptor craps out - which is fairly often !!

If you don't care about noise, go with a WhiteBrothers R4 or a Big Gun.
My R4 costed me about 300 bucks but well worth it. I was gonna get the BigGun Complete Exhaust System off of RockyMountainatv.com but couldnt squeeze the 400 bucks.

I say go with the E series. Its about $285, and get a jet kit and filter, these are the basic upgrades for what you want to spend.
