Chet- LOL i hear that. We feed the deer 35 feet out the back door. They usually eat 175 to 225 pounds of corn a month. I feel that i need to suppply them with bullet proof vest. A few of my friends all volenteer to "house sit" when we are gone.

I shouldn't have too much trouble with the neighbors. I bought 42 of the 660 acres. The minimum size was 20 acres. One other guy purchased 60 acres. I was told that most of the buyers are from the DC/Maryland area looking for weekend getaways for riding. We will see. The company selling the land and developing the roads told me he could send a dozer in to clear out a path if I want to mark it. I know I will be building a track since I have the other land for trail riding. The electric won't be available until May so I have to wait until then to start having the log cabin house built. I could probably start sooner though since I have an easement for a gravel road that comes up to the back of one of my lots.
I would love to open a park one day. This area of WV is about 4 hours from Hatfield McCoy so it could use a public riding area. There are a couple of MX tracks within 30 minutes though. Man I can't wait to get started. My girlfriend is starting nursing school and she has to pass a math test this week. If she fails it then she has to retake it on Monday so I will end up tutoring her all weekend. If she passes, then we can head up there for the weekend with the quads.
Well gotta run. I just started making copies of my DVD collection so I can store the originals. Need to tend to the other computer.

Maryland has alot of riding area compared to New Jersey. You know the Federal law that says when you purchase a new ATV that the dealer must tell you about a riding course for free. New Jersey tells you about it but you cannot take the course because there is NOT even 1 square yard of state land in New Jersey you are allowed to ride an ATV on. I registered for the course when I bought a quad in 2001 and still have not been called to take the course.
