With full mx porting, noss head, and domes do I need to buy a boost bottle? The porting and head will give it better low end power and response, which is what the boost bottle does. So do I need one or will it be pretty much useless?

 

it is pretty much a worthless mod. vitosperformance.net has a good explanation of what they actually do.

 

boost bootles will give you qicker throttle response and more low end power and they are less restrictive than the stock balance tude. not to mention they look better.

and to my believe.. no bottle is better than another.. id go with the cheapest you could find.

 

I found no performance gain in a boost bottle.

All their for is to help alleviate low rpm bogging on motors with big carbs. Everyone else has them for the same reason there are spoilers on honda civics.
