Default Raptor Oil Level...??????

Ok guys..got another one for you....I changed the oil in my raptor and let it run for a few min. and shut it off....let it set for a bit to check oil....Well did not screw dipstick in, as manual says and the oil level was barely reading....So i pour some more in....I ended up putting about a little almost 2 1/2 quarts in.....is this bad?????? I rode it and checked it seems good......I did change filters also during this maint. Thanks...Textconfused;

I fill mine to the bottom of the safe area when it's still somewhat cold and after it warms up a bit it's at the full mark. It takes about 2.25 qts. with the Bosch filter.

Yep - I pretty much stopped trying to use the dipstick to determine oil level - it's never the same. I add 2.25 each time and go with it. Also, it's helpful to keep track of how much you drain out just so you know everything makes sense.
