dexicool is not good it rusts out your radiator. my dad owns a radiator shop.flush it out .

 

Don't worry its just extended life antifreeze!!!!!!!!

 

If you don't know what it is and you think it is scary - empty, flush, refill with your favorite.

first problem... you bought a dodge...
second.. if you change that stuff to something else... it voids the warrenty.
either way it doesnt matter.. thats normal.

 

I AM A GM PARTS MANAGER I AGREE WITH THE TECH ON THIS PAGE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH DEXCOOL ONLY ON SOME CARS AND TRUCKS DOES THIS GO BAD EARLY JUST KEEP IT CHECKED WHEN ITS TIME TO FLUSH GO SOMEWHERE THAT DOES A BG COMPLETE COOLANT FLUSH

 

it rusts out your radiator i have seen it a hundred times. the core is screwed after using it

 

its orange because its a different kind of coolant called dexcool. i have heard it likes to eat away head gaskets but i have never ran the stuff myself so i have no first hand experience with it.

 

so does my truck use dexcool or is it limited to cevy vhiecles. and HOZED my truck is a good truck and thiers nothing wrong with dodge[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
