the only thing I dont like about RMATV is the sorry azz website.

If they could make their website as pretty and functional as there catalog,,,,it would be nice.

 

If ya buy a lot from them make sure you are in on the frequent buyer program. Yesterday in the mail they sent me a gift cert for $61.75.......it's somehow based on how much you spend with them...

 

No complaints from me. They have always made every purchase perfect. Recently i returned a shifter and they made everything right.

Since I don't have a credit card I had one of my friends order some new wheels for my Wolverine. When they came in I took them to get the tires mounted and the guy noticed that one of them wasn't right. My buddy called RMATV and they gave him the info he needed to send them back and the new ones where on they way. The next days when he got home from work there was the new (wheels) that's right not one new but two new ones. He called them back and told them and they told him to keep it for the mess up and waiting. Now that is customer satisfaction.

 

It is rare and refreshing to find a company that takes care of you AFTER they have your money.

 

If you spend over a $1000 on the program, they will send you back a gift card for like $100. I think.

 

Yeah man! I have been very happy with them. I have just ordered 5-6 times but everything was right on the money. I even got 2 of my 190 Douglas wheels "Scratch and Dent" $29.95 for $70 wheels. The only scratches were around the lug nuts where they don't show.

 

The frequent buyers program is if you spend over 1000 in merchendise excluding shipping or tax then you get a gift certificet for %5 of what you spent. I spent over 3 grand last year and i got a 150 certificet.

 

Rocky Mountain ATV is really cool and another place i've had really good luck with is www.magicracing.com ......really nice people to deal with and keep their inventory updated on their website.
