I agree, I buy everything I can from them. I had to return something and they did it no problems at all. Another plus is they are in Utah and I am in Arizona so I get things in two business days.

 

Whats even better is when you can drop by on the way to the dunes every weekend..[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

 

They sent me the wrong chain for my Ds, it was a rivet style master link, But after a short conversation with a sales rep. on the phone, they overnighted me the right chain at no cost, and got to keep the other chain.

 

I have a big time advantage i live only 10 mins away and can pick up stuff any time.
