Went riding today in Hawaii on Maui. It was 78 degrees and I wore shorts and a nice T-Shirt. I was beautiful to overlook the Pacific ocean and see the beautiful tropical rain forrest. Last month we were in lower Arizona and we frooze our *** off when it was 43 degrees! You poor stiffs in New Hampshire where is was -30 degrees! WOW that's COLD!

At risk of Hi-jacking this thread THANK YOU. It's always good to hear the support.... There's going to be a lot of guys rotating out of Iraq that will need it too. so, keep that in mind the next time you see some troops out.

Oh, and there's nothing whimpy about NOT riding in the cold! Sometimes ya just gotta draw the line. When it stays below 30..... I pack up! lol

Cold temps are good, the colder the better. As long as it warms up to about 25 on race day, it can stay -10 all week. A few days ago we had a record low of -18. Making lots of ice for racing.
