Default 210 psi. Uhh ohh

I got a serious problem. I just installed vitos power pistons in my banshee and after a simple compression check I was stuned. They raised the compression all the way up to 210 psi. I can't believe this crap. Does anyone know a way to lower the compression at all? Should I just install some new pistons? I would appreciate any help.

Get a hemi head and use domes... That will lower compression

210? that aint right from just pistons.... did you have the throttle open all the way.. i dont think it matters that much tho...

I can see 210 from pistons its very possible... Having the throttle open all the way will change the compression psi reading about 10-20 psi

They have a serious dome to them or something? Obviously they dont match the head in your machine and youll probably destroy a piston if you run it like that.

the dome is a little more convex than what was in it. there wasn't a much of a difference.

That could be very possible, Best thing to do is get a different head.. you will be better off in the long run and a good reason to spend money...

Dosent take much of a difference when working with tight specs. It could also mess with the squish.
