Number one, speak plain, clear english, number two, your a noob on the forums making yourself look like a noob to quads saying the dumb stuff you have been, number three, i owned a blaster before someone stole it, and id much rather have a 300ex. Bottom line, quit acting like a JACKASS on the forums, and act like you have a brain, if you dont, youll find yourself kicked by the moderators and it wouldnt bother me a bit. And actually, i dont believe you ever rode a 300ex, because, if anyone test rides a quad, they dont just put around, and how can you tell how bad a quad is by riding it in THE FIRST GEAR?

300ex will toast most blasters unless the Blaster is modded

well i did give it a real test drive but i didnt like it... at all sorry but a blaster still runs circles around them i dont like honda 2 much anyway cuz my first bike was a honda and it fell apart after having it for like 3 months and havnt had a single problem with my yamaha (knock on wood) but i also take much better care of my bike than i did the honda cuz it was free

 

I thought this started out stock vs. stock? I've owned a Blaster & a 300EX, and ridden against one when I owned the other. Stock vs. stock, the 300EX will win, but not by a large margain.
Now if you're going to add a pipe, and different reed valve setup to the Blaster you'd have to add a pipe and cams to the 300EX. The 300EX would still win. This is not speculation, BS, guessing, or what a friend of a friend told me. It's what actually happened during the past 18 years I've been riding quads. I bought the Blaster used in '92 and the 300EX new in '93 and did the above mods to both of them. If you haven't, you aren't sure, so quit speculating.
And wanaply21, I'm happy to hear you're taking better care of your equipment now. Anyone that doesn't maintain their quad ought to have it taken away. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

 

same here wolv, however I havent owned any of the two. I used to rac blasters all the time with my step dad's stock 250x and beat em pretty good. We never switched riders or anything though. I've seen this race many times, and it seems the X(or EX) always won until the blaster hit 6th and flew past That's just my experience anyways...

 

well this guy wanaply21 told me a stock blaster did 66mph and a stock schee not shee did way more than that so it must be like a new brand or something then I told him his stock blaster is only doing about 58 he told me whoever told me that has no idea what they are talking about

He also said he smoked a warrior with somebody that has been riding for 6 years on it when he was only riding for a couple of months when in fact a stock warrior is faster than a stock blaster
