Default Wet carbs

I have asked this question to a few Techs and got no help, so I'm turning to you guys. I have a 2001 Banshee with Pro-Circuit Platnum pipes, factory sound stingers, boost bottle, jeted, boysen pro-reeds, removed TORS installed motion pro twist kit, K&N filter with outerware, and thats about it for engine mods. Everytime I get into cold damp morning air when the bike is cold or any time I get into water my right carb slide sticks. So far I have polished the carb slides, stretched the springs, cleaned, checked the bodies for wear, needles are not bent or worn, and changed the throttle cable. I'm at my end here, I'm thinking of going with new carbs but I'm not sure it will fix the problem since I can't find anything wrong with the present. Please Help!!!
