ok, who has gotten a ticket at Glamis this season & what was it for?

 

my whip broke off in the dunes and could not find it so I headed over to Sweet Maries to buy a new one and a ranger stoped me and gave me a ticket 100 yards from the store. The jerky claimed I broke it off on purpose and left the stub so if I was stoped I could claim it broke while riding??? WHAT A JERK. it cost me $135.

My buddy actually continued over to the store, got me a flag, and I had it mounted before he finished the ticket!!! He still busted me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

I heard of a guy who got a ticket for not having a flag in camp because he took it off to put a cover on it for the night. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

I heard the same thing. Those rangers can be real a-holes[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

This along with the story about the kid getting beat down by Rangers, really makes me think about wanting to go to Glamis??? Sounds like a bad place. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

 

I got stopped by a ranger on my way to Olds Hill, my truck didnt have a whip(didnt know it had to have one) Good thing was that I had bought a new whip and I left the old one in my truck's bed. So I just stuck it in one of those holes in the bed rail and he let me go. I asked him if I put my quad in the truck and drove off, would it be ok and he said no, my truck had to have a whip and the quad had to have one as well. They can be @ssholes but it all depends how you treat them.
