Default Raptor Aftermarket Rods ???

Anyone know where I can get a fair price on a Carrillo Rod? Please help, I am still paying for my last mod..... LOL!!!!

Or any other aftermarket one will do better than the stock.

Craycraft can get you a moly or Ti rod.

I called Bob today and left a message but didnt get a call back yet. I was at work at the time and gave him my work number. So hopefully he will call me tomorrow.

I got the best price quote by calling Carrillo directly. I think they were in the $175 range if memory serves me. I'd be interested in knowing how much a Ti is though....

The moly rods that he has are not carillo, I think they are lighter than the carillo moly rods which are on the heavy side.

I just want something strong and less expensive. I got a quote today for a Titanium Rod for 525.00 Yeouch!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Then you don't need Ti. The moly will more than do.

Yeah thats what I may get, the stronger the better. I would never go with the stock rod on a raptor again if I were to mod it. That thing is flimsy.

Default Raptor Aftermarket Rods ???

How would a Ti rod Hold up in the long run? Will they last just as long as a Steel rod? I'm talking season upon seasons. I guess what I'm asking is do they work like Alum. Rods for a V-8 and they are only good for so long. If not It might be worth the Extra $

Way longer life than an alluminum rod I would guess as good as steel.
