Default What can i do for a warrior?

I have a 96 warrior and i want to make it fast but i dont want to spend an arm and a leg. I plan on getting a pipe soon. Besides the pipe that i hope to get and i have a K&N air filter. I was curious what is the biggest and best bore i can get. Also any other modifications that i can do. If you can leave me the website or some information on where i can look at these parts. Thanks
P.S To answer back to this send me an email at mudslut96@yahoo.com

you can change sprokets for either top end or low end depending on what you want. i sujust you dont bore it out. do that once it starts to wear, if u bore it out now there wont be much left to bore out. right now the best to things for u is pipe filter and rejet it after those mods.

Pipe, jet 150-155, filter and cut the airbox, maybe get a 12T front sprocket. Youre looking at $300

You can get a good used one on ebay, way cheaper than getting it new. You could also try

Rockymountain
Chaparral
Ebay White Brothers Pipe

The biggest bore you can do without going stroker is 85mm or .080 over, but with that setup you will have to resleeve the jug if something happens and you damage the cylinder wall. A new cam and higher compression piston will give you a nice kick to your warrior. A good alternative to just cutting a hole in your airbox lid is here EHS racing. He sells a kit that uses a outerware to cover the hole in your lid so water and dirt dont get in.

90mm bore and 71.5mm stroke + money = H.P.
bore * bore * stroke *.7854 / 1000 = cc
90*90*71.5*.7854/1000=454.86 cc
