Default Transmission Viscocity type for 95 blaster

Changing the oil in our recently aquired 95 blaster and was told by dude at the local motoX store that hondas 80W would work good. But in my kx250 I use a 10W-30 and the oil that came outta the tranny case looked to be about the same. Any suggestions???

The Honda 80W [The TRANS oil in the tall red bottle] is what we usually use for all two strokes, but there are alot of guys who use the 10W40 or 20W50 instead.

I've never heard of any transmission damage due to using the regular oil instead of the 80W
