Are you using stock or dyno jets? I can tell you where i was at with a setup like that and dyno jets but stock jet # are different. Here is a site that I used for tuning my carb. It is for a different carb setup but it gives a good set by set tuning guide.

I was running a 150 main jet, stock needle in the center position and 3 1/4 turns on the mixture screw when I had just a pipe, K&N, and open lid. That will give you a idea where you'll be, start off rich and work your way down. Unless you get lucky you will get very good at taking your carb on and off, I have done it so many times now that it only takes a few minutes. I keep my stock needle in because I had trouble with getting the dyno needle set correctly, a lot of people do. The needle is designed for higher elevations.

Realizing this is an old post, but hoping for a response anyway .. the air/fuel mix screw .. when you turn it out do you get more fuel or more air?

I just rejetted tonight after putting in a uni filter (how is that supposed to mount in the warrior anyway?? does't have the same rigs as the stock, just the little foam peice on the end??) to a 150 main, never adjusted any other properties on the carb.

When the machine is idling it dies if I push the throttle WOT, when I'm just cruzing and punch it, the machine takes off great, when I hold it WOT it sputters. The plug doesn' t look wet when I take it out either, am I still lean? Machine seemed to be working better with the stock 145 jet in
