There are several differnt filters you can get for the Raptor at cheaper costs.

A SuperTech oil filter will also work.....# ST7317

The Bosch 3300 filter will also work.

Scotts reusable can't beat it. Last one you will need to purchase. I use to play on a turny softball team named FUBAR.

THe reusable Scotts filter sounds nice, but I don't wanna mess with oil all over the place and cleaning. I simply spin my $6 Bosch 3300 off and spin another on...piece of cake. I have ran this filter a couple of years.

It really isn't messy at all. I put in a paper cup to drain and then just clean it in my laundry sink with dawn. My K&N air filer seems messier and sticky to me.

DO NOT USE NAPA, THEY WILL NOT WORK!

Bosch are good, and I've used K&N, which have a nice little nut on them to get on and off.

True - the SCOTTS are a bit more work but I like the built-in magnet and the fact that ya can easily see what it has trapped. I'm always curious anyway.......
