It's awesome that the Raptor 350 was no joke. It's a sweet looking ride.

IMO It's great !

My Warrior has been a very reliable machine and upgrading is past due. It's got a good 15 year track record (cant say that for very many other quads) that has been virtually unchanged - it works. Shave a little weight, pretty it up and it's a winner in my book. My only disappointment is the same old suspension. In stock trim it should be a good basic trail quad - not a screamer or MX champ but it's not designed for that.

The same travel on the front, almost 1/2" more for the rear. It ought to be a good seller, ought to see a lot of them in the woods this Summer.

I'm not really into Yamahas but I like how you hear rumors of a new machine....................and there it is without waiting and wondering for months on end. For a few $s more I think it maybe a lot better than the Warrior. With the suspension and tires its gotta handle a lot better than its predicessor. I might be wrong, but didn't the Warrior have Utility type "balloon" tires in the rear? As for performance, maybe what little they done to the motor woke it up quite a bit. Did they change the gearing? Either way it seems like a change for the better and depending on how close it comes to a 400EX in power and fun it should sell pretty good..............................

I would have to say, I thought this ATV was not real for awile. But yamaha has done good with the raptor 350. I would love to have one, but I can get a raptor 660 for $5800, so paying $5000 bucks for a 350, and $5800 for a 660, I would go for the 660. But the price will come down somday. So this is what some kids were talking about on the bus. They called it a mix between a banshee and a raptor and my built banshee couldn't take it because it has raptor parts. WTF

They need a new name, Raptor is good for one bike, not 2.

So now the real question, and the most important. When does the WOLVERINE get the update it so desperately needs!
