LET'S GET SOMETHING STRAIGHT FOR EVERYONE!!! OTD=OUT THE DOOR (ACTUALLY TAKE HOME COST)!!!

If you are buying any kind of atv, motorcycle or whatever ALWAYS ask the OTD cost. Anything else is crap. They can add whatever fees they want when making the paperwork final and you ARE ALREADY A BUYER THAT MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BACK OUT.

OTD cost include(in states that have them)...taxes....tags....shipping and handling....inspection and build price....lawyer fees, yes they exist.....and many other surprising ones(most states and loans require expensive insurance). NEVER LOOK AT THE RETAIL PRICE AND THINK YOUR GETTING A GOOD DEAL. Fact is, most dealers in the same state deal with the same dealer invoice. Not to mention retail price. Its the other cost 'they choose' to include in the final deal that matter.

YEs that is hard to believe myself. I just got my new one for 6100.00 take home to my door and this is in Calif if you can believe that!!!

 

Hey man, I am from the east coast. What does that mean...good deal or bad? Cali is the best place to buy for some reason like no taxes, tags..ect or what??

Here $6100 Out The Door would be excellant. Can you show some parts of you purchase...like taxes, retail and such that I asked about above. I know most people don't keep track, but I am just wondering

 

Well as far as I have been noticing if your not in Calif you get a better price. I havent looked at the paper work yet but I just call my salesman and tell him to give me the best price he can give me. This is the 9th bike I have purchased from him in the last 3 yrs and have sent several handfulls of buyers his way and they all got a good deal.

 

I got my machine for 5700.00 Thats because the owner's of the shop are good friends of mine really good . Total with 3 year YES warranty and thats with 6% sales tax and RV sticker 6400.00

 

Best I heard around here is 6450.00 OTD, I was told there is a rebate on them now. If you can get it for 5100.00 (which I doubt) do it!

 

Got mine for $6405. OTD ($5900+ fees) from Corona Yamaha, called several places and asked what there best OTD price was, most were $6199. + fees

 

where are you getting it from, Bardwell? I got mine from him last summer for 5199 OTD.

KEEP IN MIND, if you buy out of state, you are required to register the bike in La which calls for paying TT&L. So, technically, my OTD price WAS 5200, but if I had to pay the TTL at the dealership, it would have been closer to 5650 or so, since my TTL was 450ish

up here, but There is a place here in Maine selling them for 6,000 OTD. I thought that was a
great deal, I can't believe 5,100 !!!
