I am from south central Pennsylvania(Lancaster). Certainly would be happy to travel up to three hours to save at least $500.

Something just came to me. Delaware doesn't have taxes does it? Anybody from there to answer that ....and do they report the purchase to the state you live in? ect...

TW, You pay the PA tax when you register it in PA. Two things you cant escape, death and PA taxes.

 

I got my 2004 Raptor for $5498 OTD from Chicago Cycle Center. I live in Minnesota, so I had to pay for shipping, but it was still a way better price then I would have gotten around here.

Lake Hill Motor's in Corinth Mississippi has 04's for $5400 plus a $100 finace charge. So $5500 OTD.

 

Yep, Bardwell and Lakehill are usually about the same in price. But, Brookhaven is alot closer to La then Corinth is [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]


well, I got mine when the 04's were rolling out, thus the good price, but I think they are lowering prices alot lately. A bud got his YFZ for 5999 OTD (lives in LA also)

But, like I said, you will have to register when you get back to La. They make you sign a paper stating you have 14 days to register and pay taxes blah blah blah in your own state.



btw, where is Baldwin?

 

Baldwin is located near between Franklin & New Iberia LA. Thought about the YZF450 but I don't like the small size & stiff suspension. Honestly the 04 DS650 Baja version looks very appealing. The only thing is the price of $6899.00.....

 

Check out motorsportssuperstore.com, otd price for the 04 raptor was $5800 and that included the 3 year extended warranty. They also had the 04 warrior otd for $4200 with the 3 year extended. You will have to pay shipping and your states tax and license if applicable. These prices were after a little hagling. But, if you can get their price in writing and then take it to your local dealer and ask them to match it. That is what I did!
