I was looking for something fun to do this summer that wouldn't be to far out of the way. I have seen and heard about the ATV weekend at Virginia beach. I was curious have any of you went to this or heard anything about it?

I was wanting to take down the quad and do some drag's. Is the drags usually fun? Are they crowded? The track pretty good shape? What kind of classes do they run?

Anyone that has been to the event and has any input I would greatly appreciate it!

 

Hey Rapman. My friend has raced there twice (mx) and really enjoyed it. The jumps deteriorate quickly(sand), but the racing is a blast. Theres usually a few of the smaller name pro atv guys there, but not usually any big names. As for the drag races(which I know is what YOUR really interested in [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] ) he was a spectator for them, and said it looked like alot fun. If I remember correctly I think he said there was a pretty big purse. I don't remember if it was heads up racing or not though.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] I'm seriously thinking of going this year if my buddy goes. I think it'd be worth the trip.

We may have to work out a trip, meet up and then go down! We will have to talk some more about it! You can do the MX and I will do the Drags LOL.
