Default You guys aren't going to want to hear this but....

I need jetting help, I searched forever before I posted, and can't find what I need. A guy came into the shop last night and wants me to rejet his 2004 warrior. He just bought a Cobra pipe, and I don't have any expierence with Cobra products in the past. He did buy a dyno jet kit, and I don't believe there will be any air box, or filter mods right now. We are at approx. 600ft elevation and it is about 25 degrees out right now. Sorry for yet another jetting question, but I just need a good starting point, that I can tune from, so it won't take forever and a day.
Thanks ia Adavnce!

Welcome to the forums Hazzard. I would start with about a 150 jet with the needle in slot 3 and work from there. A friend of mine ran cobra pipes. Not to bad for the money.

I rejetted a warrior that I use to have and followed the Dynojet instructions to the T and it worked great. I added a big gun full system at the time.

I jetted my bud's warrior with an FMF pipe and cut lid...we put in a 155 and it runs like a champ.

PS
Elevation for us is -20ft and 60-70F

If its a dyno jet kit like you say it will tell you what jet to use in the documentation. The dyno jet size numbers are different than regular jet sizes so dont get confused
