Question about snorkling a grizzly
#1
I never ride in mud or water over my headlights. Although sometimes i will get up to the headlights. Should i snorkle it or will it be fine stock? I just don't want any water/mud issues. Thanks in advance.

no need to snorkle it, i have a kodiak and have been up to my seat in mud and water and have never had any problems. Yamaha has sufficated there bikes and as long as you havent drilled holes in your air box you'll be fine. If anything the only problem that i have had is that water gets into the belt which can then be drained and the hose tighted again.

I plan on snorkeling my tranny vent. I've taken on water in it once and it sucked!
www.ansley.net has a good tutorial on how to do it cheap. Do a search for snorkels on the highlifter.com forum, there are TONS there
