I've heard of them for a while. Their website is really nice and professional looking. That's a shame to hear their customer service sucks. RockyMountain's website sucks but when you get that catalog, you're in business. By far the best and fastest.........if they have what you're looking for. Good luck w/ your clutch.

Ok ONE WEEK AFTER ORDERING! I still can't get a hold of anyone there, no one is returning me calls, or emails. This site is absolutely horrible. I think I am going to pay there location a visit. I'm also going to check and see if they charged me for the stuff. I will try to get it canceled and have my dealer order it for me. I originally thought I would get it fast if I ordered it from somewhere straight to me. I recomend this site to no one, it blows.

Wow I just got an email from them, saying that I should not be upset, it takes at leat 1-2 business days to proccess an order, plus the amount of days I selected for shipping. He said my order was shipped monday 2-16-04. That mean it took them 4 business days, and a little under a week to ship it, where I would have expected to have my clutch by 4 days, considering 1-2 days to get the item out, then another 2 days for the shipping.

What a load of CRAP!! Tell them they can keep thier clutch, and order it from someone else. I would write them a nice e-mail explaining my GREAT disappointment with their customer service, and have them note that I would NEVER reccomend them to anyone, and that I would go out of my way to sway a potential customer away from them. They probably wouldn't care, but I'd make it MORE than certain that they knew I was not happy.

just have to say, they sux! I ordered sumthing from them a while ago, and I told them 2 day mail. Well a week and half went buy then it finally showed up! I called them and they said they have no controll on how long it takes! Your not the only one who hates them.

I ordered my Venom Helmet from Rockymountainatv.com UPS ground === on my step in 3 day
I ordered my forma pro boots UPS ground ==== On my step 3 days
HAd to send boots back, to small for my big a$$ feet . They paid for return shipping label and turn around from the time I dropped them at the UPS terminal until I got them back was 7 days and that was right after the Christmas return rush .
I called rockymountain to make sure they had received them and they told me they were swamped and hadnt got to them yet .
That night I received 2 e-mails telling me that they had recieved them and that the new set was scheduled for shipping in the morning .
Dont even waste your time with any others There customer service is #1
And if you cant find the thing or bling your looking for call them and ask them if they can get it for you .
