The aluminum ones from HiLifter aren't bad for small jumps. I use them myself from time to time in the 1 1/2 series. I don't know how well the 2 1/2 would hold up.

About the only disadvantage to wheel spacers is the heavier steering and that if you use them all the time, it will cause your front wheel bearings will wear quicker.

As far as trails go, it depends on how tight the trails are.

kawasaki88, if you happen to get the harden case ones, come back and post how they are. I'm considering getting some specers for my quad. Dan

I use the durablue 2.5'' and i can't find anything wrong with them yet. I don't do any jumps, just alor of playing around and trailriding. They are graphite light so they hold up pretty well.

Ive got an NC mill so I made 2 inch spacers for my 400ex, 2.5 inch spacers for the LT80's. We have also made some for the Z400 out of billet 6061-T6 aluminum. Got a couple sets black anodized and some red anodized, both look trick. Havent had any problems with them and have ridden them very hard. Its good to have a mill.
