i was just wondering i seen a moded tb250 and the guy was on the ice and he told me it wasnt worth his time to drag me and beat me like that and humilate me, is this guy just dumb, or do you think i wouldve lost, it only hade like pipes on it, and some other stuff. thanks for the help.

all depnds on what else he had.. they arent that fast stock.. but with a pipe and a few simple mods they wake up... plus you have a DG pipe so you probably lost about 3HP with that.

Stock vs. stock the blaster wins hands down. Trailblazer250's are heavy and gutless, they have pretty poor accel and top speed. Unless he's got that thing bored out or something, it's doutful he'll beat you. Race him for the heck of it, and if you win, laugh and point !![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I used to have a blaster and a friend of mine had a trailblazer. They both were the same year, stock, and we weighed about the same. It wasn't even close. The blaster ran circles around it in acceleration, top speed, handling, climbing, you name it. Then when I started modding the blaster it was just downright rediculous. It wasn't even fun riding together anymore. I can honestly say the tb is the most gutless quad I've ever been on.

 

I think i have an old Dirtwheels with Trailblazer vs. Blaster and from what i remember the Blaster is faster.

 

i think TB's suck i raced one at the track here and it wasnt eben close it ran like a 8.5-9 somewhere round there and i race a 7 on average but that was when i was stock and it wasnt even fun

 

well you guys are idiots cause a blaster has the worst torque ever. come on you have like what 12 hp i have 31hp with my mods. yes a blaster is still a little faster on top end than me but i KILL them on low to mid range. and my friend has a blaster can you say TIPPY! we went riding today and he fipped 2 times and came close to flippin another 4. i hate the blaster too small stupid kick start what a pain in the a$$ that is almost got us caught cause he couldnt kick it over. and yes im bashin for once cause i mean yamaha guys are the worst so im gonna do it to you and youll see how stupid it sounds.

 

Interesting, I saw an 03 Blaster run circles around an 02 TB250 just the other day. Face it dude, the blaster is faster. Hozed, that is very false information. It might not be the best pipe on the market, but its definately not junk, and it didn not decrease his HP.

 

niceman the blaster may have very little hp and torque but it is also 140 lbs lighter. The trailblazer is a tank with a lawnmower engine. It's plain and simply a POS.
