Default YFZ vs. Banshee

Does the 15 tooth makes a good or bad difference on the banshee. I have a 14 tooth sprocket.

I just can't help myself. The banshee is a YFZ, now who wins. Sorry, I had to say it.

IN 2006 THE EPA WILL BE BANING ALL 2 STROKE MOTORS FROM WEEDWAKERS TO ATVS BECAUSE IT IS POPLUTING THE AIR TO MUCH. I HAVE RIGHT NOW THE YFZ AND IT IS ONE OF THE SMOOTHEST RIDES I HAVE EVER HAD. I ALSO HAD A BANSHEE TO, AND I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, IT WOULD BLOW A FUSE EVERYTIME I RODE IT, AND IT WAS KINDA ROUGH IN THE TRAILS. YFZ 450 MAN ALL THE WAY.

Oh yeah its a great idea if you have some mods like pipes. I have over a gear on top over the new 450's. Also it makes trail rideing easyer because I shift less due to taller gears.

I put a 15 on the front of my Stock Banshee and it increased the Top Speed pretty good. It doesn't seem like it took away accerlation either. I'm doing about 82 83 with the higher gearing and before it did about 76

you do know that the Banshee is not a YFZ the F in YFZ stands for four stroke, check it out on all 4 stroke Yamaha off road products.

NO It doesn't the banshee has been the YFZ 350 for 18 years and has never been a 4 joke. GO to the yamaha web site, Go to the online parts cateloge and read what they call the banshee under model.

Here I'll save you the time
YFZ350LES Banshee LIMITED EDITION BLACK
YFZ350S Banshee

Then you have
YFZ450LES YFZ450 Limited Edition
YFZ450S YFZ450

"F" Doesn't stand for 4 joke, Maybe fast but not 4 stroke

hey...first of all i believe that was stupid question. The YFZ would tear the banshee to pieces. Why the heck would you get a two sroke quad if you were even remotley thinking about ridding trails. NEWWWBBBB
