im a mechanic on newer cars work at a for dealer but have never really delt with a carb i pulled the bottom off of it to remove some trash thats about it. i mean ive done lots of stuff as far as rea end work u name it ive prolly done it on a car but not on a four wheeler espessially a cARB THINKS LET ME the difficulty and what all has to be done exactly thinks

 

remove clamps with screwedriver, undo bolts connecting carb to head, take off fuel line(make sure fuel is off, thats a nasty mistake lol), take carb off. 4 screws on the lid on top of the carb...take those out, carefully. take the top off, the jets are very easy to find and accessible by a small, long screwdriver.
