Does anyone know if they changed any of the mechanicals or just new plastic with little racks added to a breeze. If they added a little more suspension and maybe a little more punch this would be a real hot ticket.

From everything that I have read and from the closeup photos I have seen, it's the same chassis and engine as used on the Breeze. I have no idea about suspension travel.

Yamaha pointed out the fat that the Raptor350 is a modified Warrior engine, but hasn't commented on engine upgrades on the Grizzly125.

May have to wait a while until someone gets ahold of it.

I think Yamaha goofed with this quad. It can't be sold to anyone under 16, but there isn't a 16 year old anywhere that wants such a small quad.

They should have did the Grizzly theme to the BearTracker and get rid of it's ridiculous shift selector. Then they would have something. But who knows.......that may come next year.LOL

I'm not looking at one for a 16 year old my kids ride a breeze now. I yamaha would put a serious suspension under these little quads they could sell a ton of them. Better yet bump up the engine size slightly and add 4x4 they couldn't build them fast enough to meet demand.

I completely agree with you on the 4x4 part. We are still shaking our heads as to why Yamaha discontinued it's Timberwolf4x4. They were underpowered to carry it's own weight well, but they sold as well as the 2wd versions.

It is a hot rumor within Honda sales meetings that they are considering adding a 4x4 version of the Recon and will have it on display at their dealer meeting this Fall. If this is true, Yamaha will be on board again I'm sure.

I just want a 4x4 small enough for a 4'09 75 pound 13 year old to ride, prefer auto trans.

The problem is that a machine smaller than a 300 with 4x4 is going to be gutless. If you add an auto trans to that you are goign to have one poor perfroming 4x4.
