Yep Yep!!! Just piped and jetted my new 04 and it runs way better than my R4 ran. Also did you get the jet settings from Curtis as well?

I did get the jet settings from sparks they said 146-148 mains and 27.5 pilots with 1.5 turns of the screw (out) I ordered the dyno jet kit stageII I hope thats what I need thats what the said to get. How did you set yours up? I am in Oklahoma so me may not be the same on jets

Damn. Someone on this forum just bought their sparks pipe for $460. Add another $65-$70 for the jet kit that's $525-$530. Don't know where they got it from though and it was brand new. But if it makes as good of an improvement as people say then the extra $75 won't matter much.

PS. The dyno jet kit does not come with a 27.5 pilot. You'll have to get 2 of those from your dealer. If your going to run with the lid off and your below 3000' I'd run the 148/150's. jmo

Ya, I just ordered mine yesterday for $460 from some dealer Texas. He said that mine would be the first shipment of pipes that had some kind of improvement, I can't remember what he said, but think Sparks did something slightly different with the midpipe?

Great pipe, sounds a little high though. Its the only pipe that I would consider besides my CT.

I fitted my sparks x6 and L&A adaptor today. I got 49.2 HP on the dyno. the bike is completely stock, except for a dynojet kit, sparks pipe L&A adaptor and K&N air filter. The jetting is off. Once I have the jetting 100% I am sure I will get 50HP plus out of the raptor. A stock raptor does about 36HP.
