I have stock tires on my 2k Kodiak. So far the stock rubber is great but I want to use them as backups and get some more aggressive tires but I dont want to loose the smooth ride. So far im looking at Blackwaters and Titan 589's. They seem to be the lightest 25" tires since I dont want to loose alot of power due to tire weight. Which would you guys recommend ? I do trails, soft dirt hills, and light mud for the most part.

 

The Mud Bugs are supose to be light also. They are a excelent tire for all but the most brutal mud

 

titan 589 more for mud...

blackwaters are great for all around

 

you could check into Maxxis Sur-Traks, they're light and a good all around tire.

 

The sur-tracks are a good wearing, light weight tire. I had a set on a 98 wolverine worked excellent and rode smooth.

 

Hey if you want to try a 25inch tire why dont you try the MTA MUD MACHINE TRI-CLAW In the back of the machine and the 25inch BI-CLAWS in the front it is suppose to be a good combo and it gets good traction and rides easy on hard pack
