i was riding today and my 01 tranny broke.. well i think it broke cause it goes into first fine and stuff but it doesn't go into second at all... what do i do now? is fixing a tranny hard? how much is it? where do i buy it? also i hear that the 01 gears are better should i get an 01 or 02 tranny if i get a new one?

I just picked up my new tranny yesterday. the 02 gears are a little more beefier than the 01 I'm throwing in the garbage. It's not that hard to do, get a manaul and have at it.

 

really do you have any experiance at all with trannys i really wanna do it to mine how much did it end up costing you???
