My tires call for 3 1/2 psi front and back. I run 5 psi in front tires and 6 psi in back tires. It makes for easier steering and I have been told that it is better protection against flats. You should be able to pick up a gauge at any dealer. lol

I have an '03 Kodiak 400 4x4 and my manual says to fill to 4 psi front and rear. Although on this one I go with nubbin and usually fill up to 5 psi on both of them.
Glad that you like your new ATV

Hi saaben, it's me again. My dealer recommended 5 lbs both front and back, but I ride double with my wife most of the time so I put a extra pound in the back because of the extra weight. I hope this helps. lol

Check the little tool kit for the low pressure tire gauge if you have one.

on my sportsman the manual says to put 7psi in the front and back which is what i do. so i think u should put what the pressure on the sidewall of the tire says because the manufaturer knows how much u should put in.
