i dunno, i think the transition from stock to a 3 stroker with pink would be a little too extreme, if i get used to the silvers and want more power ill upgrade.

Has anyone seen the new Suzuki Saratoga yet??? I heard it runs circles around the other 3 strokers and comes from the factory with the brown powerband and 6 triangular carbon fiber valves.

Oh god, Zuki is really going to release that? Wow. I wish I had the mechianical ability to switch over to the 3 stroke setup. Im thinking of getting a pink powerband and I found a supplier in Greece. PM me for their number. I did switch out my head to the 6 valve setup though, its amazing. I currently have the green powerband in, and it rips. I cant imagine the pink. Do any of you guys have the pink in? Oh, and those muffler bearings, I got some from my local dealership, and wow what a difference. I also changed my headlight fluid out for synthetic.

amazing

I must make one correction for you fellas if you want more power you must decrease the number of strokes.....thats why the saratoga is a 1-stroke. but for real the perfect set up for an all out drag shee is to drill two 1/4 inch holes in each piston "less restriction" this allows them to move at a much higher R.P.M approx.27,000. next remove those metal piston rings and replace them with teflon O-rings. then like I said if you can't get the proto type orange power bands go with the pink. the pink may be better any way the orange have been known to snap axle's. next remove the spark plugs and replace them with glow plugs, glow plugs are better because they supply constent heat generation. next I would go with the teflon coated alloy muffler bearings. and finally if you want the ultimate hole shot advantage remove every other tooth from your rear sprocket...one of team yamahas little cheater moves..the less teeth on the rear the faster it spins

I've actually heard that if you run the pink and yellow powerbands at the same time on a ported banshee that it will pull around 80HP on the dyno.

People vastly underestimate the power that those things can make.

You guys are wrong, i just did some researching and they have a BLACK POWERBAND!!!!!! That thing is supposed to break axles just by letting the clutch out!!! Talk about fast! And, I heard of some Uranium coated mufflerbearings that creates the right amount of down pressure coming out of the exhaust to give an instant boost of power in bottom, mid and top end power for peak performance!!!! Those things are going for $169.99 !!!!! insane price for the power!!!

why run pink and yellow at the same time? i mean i can see how it would be kinda nice to have the midrange power from the yellow and the top end from the pink, but if you want a killer drag machine i would get dual pinks. plus, you can improve throttle response with a 3 into 1 carb modification. one of the things i always found helps in drag races is to switch the front and rear sprockets. your top speed will be WAYYYY higher.

the zook is a 1-stroke?!? Damn! i wish i could mod my shee for that. only thing that sucks about 1 strokes is theyre all top end. but if you can rev all the way to 27k rpm, id get one. i heard 1 strokes triple their power between 3/4 and full throttle. does anybody know if its a single 1300 or a twin?

i think zook' found a loophole in the 2006 ban on 2-strokes, theyre just gonna run with this 1-stroke idea. i really hope they make it to production.
