Default Why so fast.

sorry accidentally hit enter!!!

I'm not braging or anything but my nephew has a 95' stock banshee, all it has is a FMF pipe. only with a pipe it was able to
beat all our buddies banshee's most just have a pipe also but one has clutch kit, pipe, bored and lightened flywheel.
In glamis it was able to beat just about every quad it raced, it lost twice, to a LT500 and to another banshee with like $10,000 in mods.
what could make this one bike so much faster than other stock bikes.

but now its even gonna be twice as fast, we blew the top end on it, it getting bored, new head, piston, crank, cam, rods, clutch, lightened flywheel.

New cam eh?

All I can think of is maybe it has some internal work or maybe different gearing that he is not aware of (that is if he bought it used)

How much does your nephew weigh? I think you see where I'm going with this.

All the questoins above said are correct, was the bike bought used? How much does your buddy weigh compared to his other friends? Then we can answer everything you want

I heard that a cam out of a corvette lt1 is a direct drop into the banshee...that might help even more!!!
