I am woundering if anyone has had some success with pipes on a kodiak that are not just slip on. I have tryed some pipes and am not satisfied and am looking for a full pipe but cant seen to find one?.

 

Doesnt anyone else ride a modified kodiak also?

 

i'v been looking for a pipe for awile now, for my 03 450, ended up getting the billet end cap off e-bay, and i'm real happy with it, gives it nice sound and adds power for only 37 bucks!!! added a twin air filter, now she rips!!! didn't have to jet, it was rich when i got it. have't had a sportsman 500 or yam 400 beat me yet [smile]

 

How much can you beat the sportsman 500 by? So you can actually feel the difference just by putting that end cap on?

 

I put a endcap on my as well and picked up a few mph on top end. I feel a little better power on bottom as well. I was a good add on to get some of the power I lost when I put on the bigger 589's

 

take a look at nascar... 1/100's of a sec wins a race... i was in the lead, when the race was over,,, tore them up on the hole shot, and it was hang on from there... ice lake racing with snow drifts!!!
