Welcome to the forums.

Well, you are gonna have to help me out on a kw. That is a sound level right? Most forum members, like myself, are from the US and use the SAE units of decibel (db) for sound level. Am I correct in thinking your question is how to quiet your bike?

the only way i can think of doing it is putting some kind of throttle limiter that stops you from taking it to redline.

This seems like the only real logical way to accomplish that. The easiest way I can see to do it would be to put in a restirctor plate inbetween where the exhaust bolts to the head. Maybe use a thin peice of stainless steel, cut in a circle the same size as what the OD (out side diameter) of the head pipe. Then drill a hole in it, just as a guess 7/8 of an inch, and slip it between the heap pipe and the head. Then rejet like he said.

Might try some washers in the very end of the pipe that way you at least have the full exhaust system for expansion you could also try restricting the intake but you need to stay back away from the carbs so they draft right
I wonder what would happen if you blocked one carb off and only ran on one side ? HMMMMMMMMMMMM

well, the first thing you HAVE to do is bore it to a 950. then take off you pipe completely, and put blinkers on it. then its road legal. top speed of about 55mph. intake might also help.
