Dude,
If you know who you bought it from, ask them to turn it in for a new one. If Durablue has a loophole in their warenty then you should use it to your advantage. If it was his axle it shouldn't matter what quad it was on or who was riding it. He turns it in and gets a new axle and maybe makes $50 for his trouble. Just my .02

You would be cornering alot better plus you would miss the tree limbs and rocks you used to hit. I went back to stock because of hitting alot of stuff.....

I've seen 2 Durablues snap (don't know what kind). One on a 250R and the other on a Banshee. I can understand the 250R's breaking, the guy hit a 40 foot jump and landed kinda sideways on one rear tire. The axle breaking probably saved him from a much bigger crash. The Banshee was going through the woops and they weren't even that big. The axle just snapped. You couldn't pay me to put a Durablue axle on my bike.

OMG, people cant tell when fastlane is kidding? Didnt we have the discussion about Craptors (just a joke people, dont gouge my eyes out through the computer moniter!) in the honda forum? Garyc660r, i know you were kidding (werent you ), but ive hit a 40+ foot table top and the shocks on it sucked the impact up better than on my shee. Anyway, durablues suck, they will never see any of my $$

Back to the topic. Did you know that when durablue moved to thier new factory thier original owners warannty registrations got lost in the move. If you told them you were the original purchaser they wouldnt have a way to confirm or deny it. I sent mine in to be inspected and they told me this. They fixed it up and sent it back free of charge . I was the original purchaser though that bought it back in 1997. I still had warranty stub from when I mailed in the card but they told me they would take care of me anyway even though they didnt have my card on file any more. Thats taking care of the customer.

I didn't deal with durablue yet and probably not going to because 1 i have no money at all 2 look at there website under warrenty and they say a couple times its a lifetime warrenty unless its bought used. so why waste my time if im not going to get anywhere? Did anyone recently buy a durablue and can give me the warrenty cards?
