I hate to say this, but you probably raced a guy with a blown piston that he just doesnt know about yet. I personally have witnessed a banshee running crappy on a piston that had a hole burnt through it and the other one with bad rings and it could still pull enough power to smoke a 400ex stock. the only way i see your 44 mm carb working is with a cam and valve job and still it will not pull a functional banshee. I dont care if you towed it behind a truck. You would not get 83 mph. of course stock banshees only get 74-76mph, so maybe you did in a Dream.

Let us see the proof. I am the owner of the ds650 in the videos that screamer posted here at www.insurtecinc.com/langley/bombardier.htm If your warrior is so great and does do the 83kmph I think you had a typo missing that kilometers per hour then my ds does around 120 kmph. I would believe that. Maybe you can join team ALBA with your racing warrior with the pipes and 44mm carb on it. Or quit racing badgers instead of banshees.

Hey i think it could be possible. The Banshee aint got no bottom end so if you get the jump and with all them mods you would be ahead by the time he got up to top speed on a banshee.Once you get the holeshot and are out ahead its hard to pass especially if it is highly modified. But thats just my opinion.Could be favortism cuz i got a 2000 Warrior.

Ywarrior350,
Don't let these guys give you a hard time. I believe you! I have a 95 Warrior and 200 Banshee and I know my warrior will go about 83 MPH..... If I push it off of a cliff.

Please, give us some credit here... 83 Mph, Ha!!!

i belive it the warrior will get the hole shot and they were only racing down his 1/4 of a mile drive way and with the mods he would be able to stay in front until the banshee's power band kicked in but buy then he would not have much room to go its only 1/4 of a mile driveway.
so it might work.

I for one think its possible. You might be telling the truth. If you got a 410 kit in it, you could prolly beat it. I know for a fact that 4stroke tech's 500 warrior pushes alittle over 50 hp and will kill a banshee. infact i think 4WA did a test about it a few years back and said it'll pass a stock banshee like its standing still. I'm sure this is abit exaggerated, but still if a 500 can smoke a shee i'd say a 410 kit would prolly beat a totally stock banshee.
