I took off my oil injection on my blaster and i am going to leave it off. Once i took off the pump and the worm gear there is a hole leading into my clutch through the case that the gear once went though. My questions is can i use plexi glass as a block off? it will be on the outside of the case but would it be too hot for it?
i dont want it to melt off there and then loose all the oil

I would make a blank out of paper, and then cut a piece of metal out. Then, take some silicone, and the original screws and put it on. Make sure that it fits before you put silicone on it though. If it does't fit right, it will be much easier to fix without silicone all over it. If you want to use plexi glass that should work too. I am guessing that you want to be able to see your oil.
