I filled my wolverine with oil about 3 months ago and i didnyt ride it since. From the it went to about half ful to empty. what the heck is going on here. I just wanna ride anyone please give me ideas.

PS i also had a battery problem it seems the the starter under the front fender needed a jiggle now she really spins

 

anyone? should i fill it up with oil? could it be my spark plug, I cleaned my carb could it be my needle mabye? please someone help i need to ride like right now!haha pleeaaseee
