Default elka shotss shot oil

dad was installing my shocks and the line from the rezzie to the shock came off and hydro fluid went everywhere he said, so he filled it back up and bleeded all the pressure out -- now he says we need to pressureize it with air... i dont know if this is right not... i dont even know if its hydro fluid that is in there, also, there are 3 adjusters, one on th ebotton and one on the top and then the compression one, what do they all do?

You will probably want to send them back to Elka to get them charged up and bled. They are a good company, since you got the long travel with all the adjustments you spent a good chunk of change with them.

If the line just came off, they should fix you right up for free. Give em a call 450-655-4855

you misunderstand slightly, its not just one its both, and i was wrong in what i said, he took off the line so that he could mount them easier, so both shocks are the same, and we only lost a few drops of oil.... so if we have the tools and everything to pressurize it with the nitrogen... will it really be that bad, both will be the same so i dont see any danger.... i have contaced elka and am waiting for there reply
