I'm thinking about getting a new ATV and I've heard alot of good stuff about the Banshee and the new Raptor, does anyone know what would be a better buy?

Hard to say since the Raptor hasn't come out but if it's all its cracked up to be, then I'd go with it. However, I'm a 2 stroke fanatic so I'd probably take a Banshee over a Raptor only because I can get more out of my mods.

The Banshee has nothing on the Raptor. It is a 15 year old quad that had problems 15 years ago and still has the same problems now. A stock Raptor will beat lightly moded Banshees. Basicaly its plenty fast stock and will ride better then anything else out there. It will also be more fuel friendly. Require way less maitnence and has electric start. Then when you add reverse to the picture it just seems to make the choice clear. Dont get me wrong I liked my Banshee alot but the Raptor is a clear step up.

I'd say if you are a pure racing fan, go with the Banshee. Nothing can beat a highly modified banshee. If you are just a all around sport rider and like to do a little of everything and have a more versataile quad, go with the Raptor.

if you want a fast stock ride get a raptor, but if your going to spend money modifying then get a banshee, they being a 2 stroke respond with more power to modifications and generally you get more for your money when modifying 2 strokes
