Default 97 Wolverine power loss (still)

Update on the power loss. Took the carb off, found that the slide would not travel up under vacuum. Also found that the plastic vacuum passage on the side of the carb was cracked near the top where it goes into the slide diaphram. Gooped the plastic back together temporarily, to seal the vacuum passage, but still wont travel up. does the vac diaphram have a bleed hole in the center? Is there anyplace to get that plastic vac passage? Or maybe I have to get the whole carb.......
Also, how many turns out should the idle jet screw be? Thanks...

Be sure to try to use compressed air to blow all the vac passages clean.
